Skills built centrally, delivered locally
The centre brings design, digital coordination, manufacturing and construction together in one facility. It will incorporate the duoKore® construction system with digital design and manufacturing equipment, and provide practical training in system design, machine operation, component fabrication, panel assembly and installation.
The goal is simple: develop the skills centrally, transfer the knowledge locally, and deliver consistently across all markets.
With Derby College Group
Developed in collaboration with Derby College Group, the centre will support HNC-level modern methods of construction placements, adult retraining and contractor upskilling. That creates a direct pipeline between education, manufacturing and construction delivery.
The foundation of the training model
Green 4 Master plans to use the facility as the foundation of its partner and franchise training model, combining structured off-site training with on-site support during initial projects. The aim is to speed up how quickly new partners can start, build consistent knowledge of the system and shorten the learning curve when entering new markets.
